This policy explains the information handled by the Windows tray reminder app “LastCall” (the “App”). Developed and provided by Ryusudo.

Summary: The App performs no analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking whatsoever. The Free edition sends none of your information off your device (settings and reminders are stored only on your PC). Only when you use “license activation” and “Microsoft 365 integration” in the paid edition does the limited communication below occur.

1Information stored only on your device

The App's settings, reminder content, display state, and the like are stored locally in the %APPDATA%\LastCall folder on your Windows PC. These are not sent externally. If you uninstall the App and delete that folder, this information is removed as well.

2License activation (paid edition only)

When registering and verifying a paid (Enterprise) license key, the following is sent to the servers of our payment and license-management provider Lemon Squeezy (api.lemonsqueezy.com):

The license key (the string issued to you)
A name identifying the device (your PC's computer name) — used to manage the number of licenses in use

This is used solely to confirm license validity and manage the license count. This communication does not occur in the Free edition or the in-app trial. For Lemon Squeezy's handling, see their privacy policy (lemonsqueezy.com/privacy).

3Microsoft 365 integration (paid edition, optional)

Only when you explicitly enable and sign in to the SharePoint board / Teams meeting / Outlook event notification features in the paid edition, the App reads the necessary information from Microsoft Graph (graph.microsoft.com) through Microsoft's delegated authentication (OAuth 2.0 / MSAL) and shows it as desktop notifications.

What is read is limited to the permissions you (or your tenant admin) consented to (e.g., Sites.Read.All / Calendars.Read / User.Read / Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder).
The retrieved board posts, events, and meeting information are used on your device to display notifications and are not sent to or stored by any third party such as a Ryusudo server.
Settings sync (OneDrive): When you are signed in, your reminders and display settings are saved to an app-private folder in your own OneDrive (Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder) and synced across your PCs. Only this app-private folder is accessed — your personal files and documents are never accessed. Settings data stays within your tenant (your OneDrive) and is not sent to or stored by any Ryusudo server.
Authentication tokens are cached only on your PC and can be invalidated by signing out.

This integration is not included in the Free edition. Authentication and data processing take place on Microsoft's services, and Microsoft's privacy statement applies.

4Information not collected / processing not performed

We do not perform analytics, usage statistics, or behavioral tracking.
We do not perform ad delivery or advertising tracking.
The App does not collect or sell your personal information.
The links (URLs) you set in reminders open in your default browser only when you click them. The App never opens them automatically.

5Storage location and retention

All of the above settings and caches are stored only on your Windows device (mainly under %APPDATA%\LastCall). Uninstalling the App and, if desired, deleting that folder erases the local data. Lemon Squeezy's handling of license records follows their policy.
